GOME-2 is one of the new generation European instruments launched in October 2006 and carried on MetOp-A. It continues the long-term monitoring started with GOME and SCIAMACHY instruemnts. The currently available GOME-2 total ozone data are processed with GDP4.6. Details can be found in the Algorithm Theoretical Development Document of GOME-2
