Room rate does not include meals.
Participants wishing to make hotel reservations should complete
the Hotel Reservation Form and return it by e-mail or fax no
later than 30 April 2004. A confirmation sheet will
be sent by the Symposium Secretariat.
- No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of payment.
- The Secretariat accepts payment by credit card (VISA or
Master) or by bank transfer
- Personal Checks are NOT accepted.
- All payment must be in EURO / US$.
Also please note that you are requested to pay full room charges at the time of reservation according to your schedule. If you would not attend the Symposium, the cancellation policy below will be applied.
In case of cancellation, written notification should be sent the Symposium Secretariat. The following cancellation fee will apply:
Up to 10 days prior to the first night of stay:
JYE 2,000
2 to 8 days prior to the first day of stay:
20% of the daily room charge (Min JYE 2,000)
Less than 2 days prior to or notice given:
100% of the daily room charge
