Note:

• Student rates also apply to participants from developing countries and countries with economy in transition.
• A university certification will be requested for students.
• LOC will prepare a grant for supporting participants from developing countries and countries with economy in transition and for young scientists under the age of 30 years. However, total amount of funding is limited. Details for applications will be given at the Symposium Web site. Submission of applications must be made by November 30, 2003. After reviewing all the applications, LOC will inform each applicant of the result, however it should be kept in mind that not every application could be positively resolved.
• Registration fee includes a full participation of the Symposium and one volume of the Proceedings. All the participants will be invited to all the social activities with free of charges (at present): welcome party (ice breaker), Symposium banquet, etc.
